M.ONE Studio Tata80 (Eiffel 80)
M.One Studio is back with a sequel to their Ginko65, and this time in a TKL form factor! This exquisitely minimal board is inspired by the innovative structural design choices that led to the creation of the iconic Eiffel Tower. Its name reflects its inspiration, as it's the pronunciation of tower in Chinese. Like the Eiffel Tower, this board challenges norms and introduces a new mounting structure not previously seen before called Swan Gaskets. Packaged together in a beautifully finished case with copper accents - this board is the perfect centerpiece on any desk.
What are swan gaskets?
Swan gaskets are inspired by the leaf spring structures present in cars. The main reason for using leaf springs as an elastic component in cars apart from linking the axle to the car body, is to act as cushioning and shock absorption. This unique design when incorporated in the setting of a keyboard provides more support to the plate and PCB without sacrificing elasticity. Thus you're able to achieve a bouncy typing experience while ensuring your components receive all the necessary support they need at all times.
