• 6.26.2022: All orders containing only deskmats will be shipped out tomorrow morning. Orders containing deskmats and other items will ship once all items are available. 
• 6.19:2022: Deskmats have arrived and will start shipping this week. 
• 6.12.2022: Deskmat production has finished. The deskmats are in transit. When the deskmats arrive, orders containing ONLY deskmats will begin to ship. Orders containing deskmats along with other items will only ship once ALL items become available.
• 1.23.2022: Unfortunately, the THOK Artisan has been canceled. Refunds have been issued as of 1/23/2022.

• Meletrix Zoom75 - Batch 1
• Current Status: Air-shipped units are pending release from customs. Sea-shipped units are currently being fulfilled. 
• We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience during this situation. We’re doing all we can behind the scenes to get things back on track as soon as possible. Refunds for the Zoom75 air-ship premium ($20) are being issued to affected air-ship customers. This is taking us a little longer than expected as due to the age of the order some refunds are having to be issued manually.
• Additionally, we've spoken with Meletrix and we've been able to order additional units. These units are currently being prepared for shipment. We expect to receive them in 1-2 weeks, and will use them to fulfill affected air-ship orders. We were able to replace most, but not all of the original order. A few orders will still need to wait for the original shipment to clear customs. 
• 10.1.2023: Customs had requested additional information for clearance. That information has been submitted. We’re currently waiting for it to be reviewed by customs.
• 9.1.2023: Air-shipped units are being processed through customs. Sea-shipped units are still in transit.
