How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on various factors such as the shipping service selected, destination address, weight, and package dimensions. The best way to receive an accurate shipping estimate would be by adding the items you`d like to purchase into your cart and entering the checkout process. During this process our system will provide you with a list of shipping services and their cost. You would not need to place a purchase to view this information.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most international destinations! Simply add the items you'd like to cart to enter check-out to see which shipping options are available. 

Please Note: Customs and/or import duties and taxes may apply in your country upon arrival. In these cases, the charges are paid for by the customer and Dangkeebs LLC is not responsible for these additional fees. If you are unsure, please kindly check with your local tax and import offices.

 

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

Our current hours of operation are Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM excluding federal holidays. Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days as long as they do not contain any pre-order or group-buy items. Delays may occur during holidays, and large group-buy fulfillment weeks. We will be sure to notify if delays are expected. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and will depend on the service you select.

 

Why has my order not shipped yet?

If you do not have group-buy or pre-order items in your order, please send an email to hello@dangkeebs.com. We will look into it for you.

If you have group-buy or pre-order items in your order, your order will not ship until all items become available. If you would like for us to remove in-stock items from the order for you to place a separate order, please send an email to hello@dangkeebs.com.

 

I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can I please change my address?

Of course! You`ll be able to change your address up until the time the order is shipped. To change your address, please log into your account and click on the order you`d like to update in your order history. On this page, you`ll see an option to update your address.
